Paddock Spirits is introducing a new flavor of its cocktail, named Ol’ Crimson Legendary Cocktail, which features a blend of blackberry and pomegranate. A portion of the sales from this canned cocktail will support the Cougar Collective, an organization focused on fundraising for Washington State University (WSU) student athletes through Name, Image, and Likeness initiatives. The cocktail is available for retailers to order in Washington and Idaho via Odom Corporation and Northwest Beverage.

Founded by WSU alumni in Pullman, Paddock Spirits has gained recognition in the industry, receiving multiple gold medals at the World Spirits Competition in San Francisco. The company is planning a launch party for the Ol’ Crimson Legendary Cocktail at Marco Polo Bar & Grill in Seattle later this month.
