The University of Idaho Exercise Physiology Research Laboratory is conducting a study focused on adults aged 35 and older to explore the impact of lifestyle behaviors on heart and brain health.
The study involves two visits: an initial 90-minute session followed by a 30-minute follow-up appointment scheduled 8-10 days later. During these visits, participants will complete surveys related to their physical activity and dietary habits, engage in cognitive function assessments, undergo body composition analysis through a finger-stick blood test, and wear an activity monitor for a duration of seven days between visits.
Upon completion of the study, participants will receive a $25 gift card as compensation.
