The Palouse Discovery Science Center is set to open its latest permanent exhibit on Thursday, February 13, during Free Family Night.
The event, which runs from 6 – 8 pm, will mark the official unveiling of the new interactive ambulance, aimed at promoting understanding of emergency response and medical care.
This exhibit was developed with support from Pullman Regional Hospital and the Women’s Leadership Guild, with design and construction contributions from WSU students.
Meri Joswiak, Executive Director of PDSC, expressed enthusiasm about the exhibit’s opening after two years of development and multiple design revisions to ensure safety and accessibility.
