There will be a power outage in Southwest Moscow on Thursday night and early Friday morning. Avista Utilities is scheduled to replace aging equipment, which will affect approximately 400 customers. The outage is expected to begin at 7:00 PM on Thursday and last until 6:00 AM on Friday.
