The Port of Whitman County is providing funding for the restoration of the Pullman Depot Heritage Center.
They have allocated $35,000 to support the restoration of the historic rail cars at the museum. The overall cost of the project is projected to be $225,000.
Additionally, the local government has set aside $50,000 for the restoration of the depot building. This funding agreement is established with the Whitman County Historical Society, which manages the Pullman Depot Heritage Center.
