This draft plan includes a historical timeline of the Port, thorough property information, and outlines strategic priorities for the upcoming five years.

For those interested in reviewing the plan, hard copies are accessible at the Whitman County Library in Colfax and the Neill Public Library in Pullman. Individuals can submit written comments via email to [email protected] or by mailing them to the Port of Whitman County.
