All government offices will be closed on Monday for Presidents’ Day. Mail service will not be available. Pullman Transit will operate on a reduced bus route service, and there will be no bus service in Moscow. Trash collection will occur as scheduled. The University of Idaho will be closed, while Washington State University will have no classes, but campus offices will remain open. Banks will also be closed.
