The City of Pullman has appointed Stacie Echanove as the new director of Library Services at Neill Public Library. Echanove joins the team after working at the Latah County Library District, where she held the positions of Access Services Manager and Youth Services Manager from 2016 to 2023.

Her previous experience includes roles at the Washington State University Libraries and the Spokane County Library District. Echanove holds Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Foreign Languages and Cultures from Washington State University, along with a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Washington.

In her statement, Echanove expressed her commitment to enhancing library services within the Pullman community.
