The City of Pullman has announced that outdoor burning of leaves, garden, and yard waste is prohibited within city limits. Residents are encouraged to dispose of their leaves and yard waste at the Whitman County Landfill at no cost. Additionally, Pullman Disposal offers yard waste carts for weekly collection services.
