A 30-year-old man has been arrested by Pullman Police in connection with allegations of rape and kidnapping.

The Pullman Police Department has provided limited information regarding the case, which began on Wednesday morning. Officers received a third-party report about the allegations around 6:30 AM. Following interviews with the alleged victim, police identified the suspect. Victor Villela, aged 30, was taken into custody on Wednesday afternoon on charges of 3rd-degree rape and 2nd-degree kidnapping. He is scheduled to make his initial court appearance later today.
