Pullman Regional Hospital has announced the recipients of its 2025 Outstanding Employee and Nurse Excellence Awards. Rachel Nelson, a Fiscal Specialist in the Fiscal Services Department, has been recognized as the Outstanding Employee for 2025. Additionally, Tracy Manderville and Sheila Burman have been honored as Nurse Excellence Award Winners.

Eligibility for the Outstanding Employee Award includes employees at Pullman Regional with two or more years of service. A committee, comprised of previous Outstanding Employee Award recipients, evaluates all applications to select the winner.

The Nurse Excellence Award has a history of 30 years at Pullman Regional Hospital, recognizing nurses who excel in providing quality patient care and align with the organization’s cultural values.
