Pullman Regional Hospital has announced the upcoming retirement of Chief Financial Officer Steve Febus, effective January 2026.
Steve Febus has had a lengthy career at the hospital, which has evolved significantly during his tenure. The facility has grown from having no employed physicians and a limited emergency department to its current state, which includes over 50 physicians and 16 clinics.
Matt Forge, CEO of Pullman Regional Hospital, commented on Febus’ impact on the organization and the healthcare sector, recognizing his long-standing reputation as a proficient financial leader.
In light of this transition, Pullman Regional Hospital is collaborating with a recruiting team to conduct a national search for a successor to fill the CFO position.
