The City of Pullman will hold a public meeting on October 2 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Pullman City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to collect community input for the city’s ten-year comprehensive plan update, which is required by law.
This periodic update process began in March and is scheduled for completion by June 30, 2027. The update will aim to gather new community feedback, revise population and housing statistics, adjust to changes in state legislation, and consolidate existing goals and policies to align with the state Growth Management Act.
Key topics addressed in the updated plan will include diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as goals related to climate mitigation, adaptation, and sustainability across various components of the plan.
Community members who wish to influence the future development of Pullman are invited to attend and provide their insights during the comprehensive plan update process. For more information about the meeting, additional details can be found here.
