The Humane Society of the Palouse is hosting an event called Howling at Hamilton at the Hamilton-Lowe Aquatics Center in Moscow on September 7. This event allows dogs to enjoy the pool from 1:00 to 6:00 pm, marking the last day of the swimming season before the pools are drained.

Dog owners can register their pets for a fee of $15, either online or at the gate. Proceeds from the event will support the Humane Society of the Palouse.
