The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for the Palouse area due to elevated wildfire risk.

This warning is in effect from 1:00 PM today until 8:00 PM Wednesday. Forecasts indicate hot and dry conditions, along with wind gusts that may reach up to 25 MPH.
