A retirement celebration for Pullman Fire Chief Mike Heston will take place Wednesday night. Chief Heston is concluding his career in the fire service after 43 years, including 12 years in the role of chief. The event is scheduled from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the SEL Event Center in Pullman, and members of the public are welcome to attend. Chief Heston’s final day in his position is Friday.
