A grant has been allocated to address maintenance and improvements for the public pool in Palouse, Washington. The City of Palouse is set to receive $68,000 from the state’s Recreation and Conservation Funding Board. The funds will be utilized for several upgrades including replacing the pool’s boiler, enhancing the lighting, modifying the restroom to include a nongendered changing area, and installing a new roof.
