Moscow Mayor Art Bettge will speak at the Chamber of Commerce’s monthly luncheon on February 19 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. The Mayor will present the annual State of the City Address, providing updates on the city’s work and plans for the upcoming year. RSVPs are requested by Monday, February 17.
