Traffic delays are expected for the next several months on NE Terre View Drive in Pullman, starting this week. The City of Pullman has contracted a construction company to install a new water main to the airport. Work will commence on Tuesday and continue through September, with flaggers directing one lane of traffic through the work zone. Additionally, the work will extend to NE Airport Drive.
