The League of Women Voters of Pullman and Whitman County has announced the fourth annual Visual Arts Competition for students in the county.

The contest aims to promote understanding of and participation in government. The contest theme will be announced on February 17.

Students from grades 3-12 may submit their work on the contest web page from February 17 to March 31, with an awards ceremony scheduled for April 19 at the Neill Public Library.
