Washington State University has introduced new fan experiences for the upcoming Cougar home football season, including a camping option for the Battle of the Palouse.
The “Camping with the Cougs” initiative will launch during the Idaho home game over Labor Day weekend, with camping available on Mooberry Track and the turf field on Grimes Way. The cost for this camping experience is $250, covering a mandatory two-night stay. This initiative is in response to the limited hotel availability during Cougar home football weekends, as stated in a WSU Athletics press release. Additional details regarding campus camping for the Idaho game will be announced later this summer.
Additionally, a free movie will be screened at Martin Stadium on Gesa Field on the evening of August 29th, prior to the Idaho game. Fans will have the opportunity to vote on which movie will be shown.
On September 5th, rising country music artist Wyatt Flores is scheduled to perform on Rogers Field before the Homecoming game against San Diego State. Tickets for the concert are available through this link: https://wsucougars.evenue.net/event/FB25/WF.
Family Weekend, previously known as Dad’s Weekend, will take place on October 25th in conjunction with the Toledo game.
Single game tickets for Cougar football will be available for purchase by the general public starting Wednesday.
