Washington State University’s enrollment has shown a continued decrease this spring, with a total of 23,755 students systemwide, reflecting a 2.5% decline from the previous year. This follows a drop of nearly 4.4% last spring and a 7% decline in 2023. The current enrollment represents the lowest number for WSU systemwide in 17 years.
At the Pullman campus, the student population has also decreased by 2.6%, totaling 15,004 students, which is approximately 400 fewer than last year. This marks the lowest spring enrollment at the Pullman campus since at least 2007, when the student count was about 17,000.
