Researchers at Washington State University are seeking community volunteers aged 60 and over to participate in their spicy beverage panel.

To qualify, participants should be English speakers, have no food allergies, live independently, be able to complete an online questionnaire, and attend four hours of in-person evaluation sessions at the WSU Sensory Science Center. Additionally, individuals who participated in the spicy beverage panel sessions in March or April are not eligible.

Volunteers who complete all four sessions will receive a $30 gift card to Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe or Walmart as compensation.
