Washington State University will host a screening of the documentary “The Invisible Mammal” on Thursday, October 23, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the CUB Auditorium on the Pullman campus, with doors opening at 5:30 pm.

The 90-minute film focuses on a research team’s efforts to address a disease affecting North American bats.

Following the screening, there will be a Q&A session featuring local experts including Kara McClanahan from WSU School of Biological Sciences, Dr. Stephanie Seifert from WSU Paul G. Allen School for Global Health, and Niki Desautels from Bats Northwest.

This event is organized by the College of Veterinary Medicine and aligns with Bat Week, which is observed internationally from October 24 to 31.
