Washington State University is collaborating with the Pullman Recreation Center to conduct research on brain health. As part of this initiative, they are organizing a three-day health fair aimed at exploring the factors influencing brain health in aging individuals. The event will provide free screenings for participants aged 45 and older.
The health fair is scheduled to take place from 9:00 to 11:30 AM on June 10 and June 13, and from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM on June 12.
The 90-minute health screenings will cover various aspects, including:
– Heart health
– Physical health
– Lifestyle health
– Social health
– Hearing
– Eyesight
– And additional health areas.
Participants will receive a summary of their health results, educational resources regarding brain health, and the opportunity to win one of 50 $25 gift cards. Refreshments and promotional items from WSU will also be available.
Individuals can schedule appointments in advance, but walk-ins will also be accommodated.
