**Title: Two Arrested in Connection with Campus Vandalism at Washington State University**
Washington State University Police have arrested two individuals in relation to a vandalism incident on campus. The arrests follow the placement of several posters protesting conservative commentator Charlie Kirk, who is visiting WSU as part of his nationwide American Comeback Tour.
The posters, which have been affixed to buildings around campus since last weekend, have reportedly caused damage to the exterior of those structures.
On Thursday morning at approximately 2:30 AM, WSU Police observed three individuals allegedly putting up posters in Terrell Mall. Upon noticing the police, the suspects fled the scene, but two were subsequently apprehended and charged with vandalism and obstruction. The arrested individuals, identified as 21-year-old Alisa Bennett and 26-year-old Jeremiah Paparazzo, are currently being booked into the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office Jail in Colfax. It has been noted that neither suspect is a student at WSU, and further information regarding their origins is not available at this time.
WSU Assistant Police Chief Dawn Daniels has not confirmed whether the posters involved in the incident were specifically anti-Kirk in nature, but indicated that officers suspect the individuals may be connected to the earlier vandalism related to the posters. The Pullman Police Department assisted WSU Police during the arrests.
