Washington State University will conduct its first system-wide emergency alert system test on October 1.

Notifications regarding the test will be sent via email to faculty, staff, and students on campus, as well as to individuals at satellite locations. Additionally, any phone numbers registered in the University’s system will receive alerts.

The schedule for the staggered alerts is as follows:

– 8:00 am: Wenatchee Tree Fruit Research and Extension Center
– 9:00 am: WSU Mount Vernon Northwestern Washington Research & Extension Center
– 10:00 am: WSU Vancouver
– 11:00 am: WSU Tri-Cities
– 12:05 pm: WSU Spokane
– 1:00 pm: WSU Prosser Irrigated Agriculture Research and Extension Center
– 1:30 pm: WSU Everett
– 2:00 pm: WSU Pullman
– 3:00 pm: WSU Puyallup Research and Extension Center
